Katherine, Thanks for ending that conversation ... Some years back I wrote a research paper on emissions and tropospheric ozone formation and I was beginning to have flashbacks! ... I would argue that you should not include National is S. Portland in your rebuttal because empty fabs do not produce emissions!<g> Seriously, What is the scuttlebutt on 300mm?
