OKay - got the official word from JJ.

It seems that the press release made reference to certain clients of Fronteer and that upset Fronteer who contacted Don to have the release killed. Fronteer has a policy in which they do not put out any information on their clients - and we made mention of a couple. So, the release was pulled to be reworked to omit that paragraph.

However, there is a possibility that the release may not be put out since Fronteer now is dealing with an entirely new infrastructure due to the buyout and TSIS has to go through new channels to get permission to put out the release. There was absolutely nothing inaccurate in the release - it was just (a) bad timing coming out after the buyout and (b) we mentioned certain *privileged* information that is against their policy.

Well - at least it was out there for a little while and can still be read on certain websites and it looked like it helped with the price of the stock. Made it through .50 - let's hope the bid gets above there tomorrow!

Harry,

The link that you posted is the same article that was killed. Clear Station must not have gotten the word to kill it. The link is good, and the post was still there as of 16:45 on 3/23/99, but it is the same 9:00 A.M. release.
