It was up a 1/8 th today. A moral victory. The SEC has some heat on them so I think we will have to wait and see what happens. The fact that it is taken so long is because the SEC probably asked for more information. Your biggest problem is those 4.5 + million shares that were issued between 11/28/98 and now. Did anyone find out if it was true and how much money they raised? If they did and they are not telling you the details it was probably pennies on the dollar. Someone should call Berg at Corporate planners inc. and ask him? He is the transfer agent that signs your certs. He was also the attorney that signed the opinion letter for SFLK. James Ray is his brother inlaw. He owns Silicon Valley new issues inc. and is one of the bad guys. They are both at the same phone number. Floyd floyd
