I was caught off guard on marconi.
I don't know nor do I have any info.
I really liked fore's high volume with not much price movement. That tells me that someone is dumping to keep them. That really indicates to me that this one is happening very very soon.

There are a lot of forces at work on ERICY's stock price (and volume):

1) FORE rumor
2) China decision on allowing CDMA
3) Decisions on QCOM CDMA patents
4) Whether future wireless standards are CDMA or GSM based
5) Loss of AT&T Wireless business to LU in the U.S.

Don't know how many of these actually affected volume today.
