The agreement would allow HQ to buy the 900K shares at the offering price only. No more no less. The price would have been set before the IPO so that whatever the stock is priced to the market is the price that HQ could purchase the over allotment, probably within a specified amount of time. That is the reason that I view the purchase as extremely bullish as HQ spent some $12Million for this block of stock. I don't think they did that with the idea that the stock would not go up in price in the very near future. Just my opinion. I am long 3K. SteveDavis
