Premiums have come down a lot since Dell's high. I bought my Dell puts right around then, and paid for my lucky timing with implied volatilities of over 90%. Vol is down to under 70% now. I actually blame the call buyers; the only thing more powerful than fear is greed, and I think greed pumped up the vols earlier this year.

Tip, Are you sure you are counting the split for double contracts? Dumb question, but my Dell puts are up fairly spectacularly and I don't think I bought them any better than you did.

Retards on Parade=the blundering herd=momentum geeks=anyone I am mad at at the moment who is buying a stock I don't think should be bought. <g>
