From what I am hearing PRI did not get an RFQ for interbay automation at Intel's 300mm pilot. Justa, I believe you, but this doesn't make sense. Intel put PRIA on the map. From what I understand, they have done all of Intel's interbay automation. How could they not even get an RFQ? Jay

Justa, re From what I am hearing PRI did not get an RFQ for interbay automation at Intel's 300mm pilot. FWIW, I just got off the phone with Charlene from IR at PRIA. She checked around, and said INTC had not decided to go ahead with the 300mm pilot (that we knew). She said PRIA is on the list to receive an RFQ when the go ahead is given. Jay
