Well,while you fella's are enjoying the art of "Zen"..I have to say, we just sat down and had crepes for dinner, with some maple syrup boiled off today..A good luck sign for Jan, the sap has started to run, and the sugarhouses are stoked up and boiling off the water..This time of year the first boilings result in the highest quality maple syrup (grade-fancy),then will progressively drop in quality(down to "B"-dark), until it's to warm..A little Vermont sugaring lesson<g>..Get well soon Jan!!! :^)DD
