Ms. Shell,

Mako Capital is not compensating anyone posting on Silicon Investor
to promote the company. I do not know any of the individuals
who have recently been commenting on the company.

Furthermore, Mako Capital is not a company of ''hype," as you
referred in your posting.

The company is beginning to have a sound foundation and
through managerial, intellectual and financial expertise,
Mako Capital is destined to become a unique emerging
growth company. The company will be releasing financial
data to the shareholders shortly. In addition, the company will
be a fully reporting company and has no intentions of being
delisted.

We have studied past management and evaluated the
mistakes. New management is engaged in building the
future of this company. We are dedicated to creating
partnerships, alliances, joint ventures and other relationships in accomplishing our goals. Mako Capital is enthusiastic about its future and thank the shareholders for their loyalty and commitment to the company. It is my mission to serve the shareholders by making their investment worthwhile.
