Off the top of my head, XYLN was bought out at about 4x sales. Using the same premium for FORE, I get about $25 fair value. Is that how you came up with the $26 price? Also can you or anybody else on this thread familiar with the technology be able to tell me if XYLN's product technology is at a par with that of FORE? I guess what I trying to determine is if FORE deserves the same 4x sales premium that XYLN was able to get... TIA, Regards, Karim
