I am watching this thread with interest and the post from John has surprised me in regard of SynsorbPK. I was under the impression that Synsorb was meeting with FDA in regards of this drug to establish a definitive time line to III phase trial and shortest route to commercialization. Either the data on the meeting was not satisfactory enough, which is again a surprise since the III trail in Canada started in 1996 and US and Argentina in 1997, on the top this is the only treatment currently offered and there is no cure. SynsorbPK has a Orphan Drug status, whatever it means, Synsorb management obviously think that they are ready for approval and someone actually said of three years? Why three not five or 5 months? Very strange response from IR in fact.
As far as financing goes it is a necessity. Merck has 2 billion shares still goes for 83US/share(it is an example not comparison). Company needs money, the point is that there are people willing to give it to them, in hopes to make more money. Usually financing in mining is on the verge of discovery in order to exercise the best price. What is the price of this financing and what will be the boost those brokerages are hoping for? Wonder why Yorkton is not in the bunch?

Robert
