George, FWIW, Yamani is the founder and director of the Centre for Global for Energy Studies. It is my understanding that this group is not related to the IEA. What will be interesting is to see what the IEA says about the missing barrels now that the DOE has made some significant revisions to 1998 statistics - revised demand up, supply down, and inventories down. Obviously, they will have to now make revisions to their 98 numbers, but I wonder if they will highlight these errors in the text/commentary portion of the monthly release.
