Tim,

The ASC acknowledges there is Gold at Franklin Lake.....
Looking back at ancient history, didn't the ASC at one time have as
one of the charges against Naxos that there was no gold there when
indeed, it was proven to exist and the charge dropped ?

So why do you feel there is no gold there ? Someone had also mentioned on this thread a while back that you had bought another
DD Do. (name ?) is this true and if so what makes it possible for
gold to exist there (I believe it was in AZ).

Curious... Paul

Tim,
If the present PP fails, I won't care what happens. As far as my own personal investment is concerned, this is a last chance deal for Naxos.

My own personal choice is to not ever be involved in a J/L deal. I may miss the run-up from whatever euphoria will transpire, but I will sleep like a baby with a clear conscience. <VBG>

FWIW- Ledoux only walked away from some Assay numbers. Only the last drill program. I believe they still stand by other COC numbers.
