I just started with ABWATLEY last month after researching all the other vendors. I found this thread, and was impressed that Brett from ABW was answering many of the questions.

I also was swayed by the recommendation of Tim Luke who seems very honest and is a great help.

So far I am very pleased with the product and ESPECIALLY with the customer service. When I E-Mailed some questions, they were answered the next day with an apology for not responding the same day,and with an invitation to call the writer for more details regarding using the order entry system. I did that, he answered on the first ring, and patiently answered my questions.

I did not understand the margin / t-call rules, and held too large a position overnight. The margin department tracked me down the next day, and explained that the regulators (not them) required that I wire additional funds the same day. He apologized for the inconvenience but stated that their hands were tied.

They seem to be very good people.

P.S. did you get their IPO prospectus? How do we sign up for some shares?
