SEC 10KSB filed yesterday... for FYE June 1998 finally!
(I wonder when we'll see the next 10QSB?)

"For fiscal 1998, total operating expenses were $2,194,322,
consisting of mainly of payroll and payroll taxes of
$1,229,892 and selling, general and administrative expenses of
$648,496, resulting in a loss from operations of $(2,087,949)."

sure seems like people were getting paid pretty well for the
meager revenue being generated.

Anyone know what's been happening for the 10 months since
this report?
