I'm still working on learning the MyTrack charts.
In a nutshell.
How do you determine resistance on a stock?
And how can I better determine when a stock is going to turn? - either down or up - I'm really weak at understanding Level II.

Do you know where I can go to see a complete list of OTCBB stocks, which would also show me which ones are at a 52-week low?
I figure this would help us better determine which stocks are ready to fly with hopefully little downside, other than going under.
