i just read the titles of some of the other articles. they dont sound very upbeat. "3com beats REVISED earnings estimates" and "3com profit in line with LOWERED forecasts". stock buyback should help but maybe not in this market. i dont think the stock will move much up or down unless the market reads more negatively into the comment about the "impact of seasonality and an unexpected slowdown in end-user demand in the North and Latin American enterprise markets". but then who knows. maybe beating lowered estimates by one penny is good enough for a rally in this market. i doubt it IMHO.
