David,

Yes, they would be competing head-on with the ASPs buying Citrix products. It's not an ideal situation. But when the product is enabling hardware or software as is Citrix's product, it's almost impossible not to directly compete with some of the customers some of the time. Any ASP is in direct competition with their partners from time to time. It's the nature of an ASP's business.

It might be a moot point. As someone recently posted, the idea is nothing more than speculation.
