I have read PEI for a while too. They called for an end to the US Bull market on July 20, 1998. They made that projection years before. I think they were right on the money- but the Fed sent the game into overtime with the LTCM bailout. Time is now expiring, and the bears have a big lead. <g>

It will be interesting to see if we get the usual end/start of the month institutional buying this time.

I bought the tapes of Armstrong's seminar in B COlumbia last October. As the markets were making a bottom, he was telling people that the Dow would break 6,500. Kept a lot of people out of the market when we roared back. However, he was right last year about the top and is now predicting 9 April as a major top-- interesting, he does not give credit to the Bradley but to his computer!
