Mohan,
Hi!!!

RE: Dell Vice Chairman Rollins Says PC Market 'Healthy' (Update1)

San Diego, March 23 (Bloomberg) -- Dell Computer Corp. Vice Chairman Kevin Rollins said the personal computer market is ''healthy'' and there's nothing ''abnormal'' in the quarter to alarm investors about business at the No. 1 PC direct seller. ''We don't see anything right now to suggest that we are off the trajectory,'' Rollins said in an interview. ''Our business is very healthy.''

And how many still remember that Tom Meredith told us at the conference call that 99 and the start of the first quarter had great momentum....Was listening again to the call yesterday afternoon....I will never be convinced of any single reason why someone would listen to these naysayers and judge pessimism over what DELL management has told us for years...Where is the trust in some people? The only "lack of trust" I have learned from DELL management is their continual conservative estimates of their business going forward...never have they told us the entire truth...for had they...I'd have mortgaged the dog house long ago.

Best, kemble
