Yahoo may be eyeing eBay, according to ZDNET's Jesse Berst.

In my opinion, Yahoo would be unstoppable if it were to acquire eBay.

Of course, Yahoo is probably already unstoppable, but it has failed miserably in its attempt at online auctions.

Tom, just imagine the additional traffic Yahoo could provide to eBay!

Looks to me like the plaintiff has a lawsuit against the wrong company, if in fact their lawsuit has any merit at all...Seems like all they're doing is looking for deep pockets...In the first place, by their own admission, it isn't even their software that's being used...Looks like much to do about nothing...It doesn't look like anything that will stop Ebay's steady advance upward....Ebay will drop 8 to 10 points as a matter of it's movement pattern...It picks up 8 to 10 points just as readily....
