Jr, I am not an oil expert, but I like Chevron and other end user oriented companies as opposed to drillers, services and fields. I think the petroleum companies will benefit most from these moves.

Companies like Haliburton make more from service, whereas Chevron, Exxon, etc can start reaping benefits of lower supply immediately by passing on higher prices long before hand.

Gas station here went from .71 per gallon to .89 per gallon in a single week.
