I'll try and keep this on topic.
Dell is a wondeful company.
They make great computers.
This stock will likely go up forever, or at least until it does not.
Do not complain to your broker if he got you to sell your Dell last year, just laugh at him and buy more.

All of the above is pure appeasement, what I really mean to say is please don't complain.

Nah, the article doesn't really say that, just gives the impression that is the case.

DELL is a real company that is one of the better success stories of this decade. It has a number of real challenges ahead of it and valuation is always a concern in troubling times (with rising rates no less).

The put warrant matter does raise some issues, but I don't believe we will see much of that in the future. In any event, the put/call strategy was part of an overall share repurchase strategy and I don't have a problem with that per se.
