Before you set up trusts, ask your lawyer about disclaimer
and joint tenancy to accomplish the same goal. Essentially
you can do the same thing without entering into expensive
and difficult to revoke situations if you go about it
right. You can put the trusts in your will rather than
in your lifetime and fund them, or not, through
careful exercise of disclaimer by survivors. At least
you should investigate this before committing to
living trusts.
