Looks like a good company guys and a good buy at these levels. 13 buys in a row at the end of the day.

When exactly is the big Internet show that is coming up? What do some of you long timers see as the pro's and con's of this stock?

How far along are they in their business plan to market their technologies? (whcik sound very exciting by the way)

thanks
DAVE (just took an initial position)

**PNET NEWS** (PR NEWSWIRE) Phon-Net Announces Strategic Alliance with
Virtual Merchant Phon-Net Announces Strategic Alliance with Virtual Merchant Inc., A
Leader in Credit Card Services

Key Point to the PNET's technology: "A web presence
now means the merchant's potential customers can find them on the internet and then
call the merchant without having to go off line. Small businesses with limited budgets and
personnel can now reach around the globe and compete with the bigger rivals.

BURNABY, British Columbia, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- PHON-NET through
BCDONLINE, has formed a strategic alliance with Virtual Merchant, Inc., a
national leader in providing merchant services and e-commerce solutions, to
provide online merchants with a complete internet marketplace solution, Web
Design, Hosting, Internet Access, Merchant Accounts (accepting credit card
payments), Online Processing (of credit card and check payments), Virtual
Mall, and Phon-Net's Direct Connect.
Virtual Merchant's extensive technology experience and marketing
capabilities, coupled with their merchant services and online processing
prowess has created one of the most powerful resources available to internet
merchants. "When you add Phon-Net Direct Connect to that mix, the merchant
has the most complete solution available today," stated Virtual Merchant.
Direct Connect now makes it possible for a customer to speak with a
merchant at the same time they are visiting that merchant's website. Direct
Connect is the ideal product for merchants that thought they could use a
presence on the world wide web either because they don't sell on-line or
because they don't have time and resources to monitor e-mails. A web presence
now means the merchant's potential customers can find them on the internet and
then call the merchant without having to go off line. Small businesses with
limited budgets and personnel can now reach around the globe and compete with
the bigger rivals.

Virtual Merchant offers merchants the most advanced on-line processing
programs and the opportunity to secure merchant accounts. Merchant Accounts
are the means by which merchants are able to accept credit card payments from
their customers. Accepting credit cards, particularly on-line, has proven to
be indispensable for merchants who want to grow and prosper on the internet.

We are starting to get noticed all over SI, I see, what would you say PNET's biggest technology advantage is, in layman terms for people just coming over to this thread?

To me it is the major advantages that it gives small businesses. A computer is not even needed to access the Web.

"With Phon-Net's competitively priced all coverage package, all consumers can use this licensed, one stop (including Village Page) with full voice and text interactive network, that is equally accessible by all cell phones, touch-tone phones, and screen-phones linked additionally to the Web. This allows all businesses with our screen-phone, the same capabilities of a web site including e-mail without the use of a PC."

PS- liked this news, too:
Phon-Net Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PNET) CEO Brian Collins announced a $50 million contract with Adatom, Inc. for national distribution of the Phon-Net Direct Connection Network.
