OK Zeev, since I have trouble balancing my checkbook, I appreciate the "dumbed down" explanation <VBG>. Makes sense.

But if this is the case, the terms of the warrant sold via the 2nd tranche was no different than the terms of the warrant sold via the first tranche.

Why, then, was there not a similar charge on the income statement for the quarter ending September 27 during which the first warrant was sold? This new charge showing up in the quarter ending December 27 led me to suspect that something associated with the warrants was "sweetened" relative to the terms of the first tranche.
