Hello Ron, I almost added to my position today, but I guess I see much more than a slight chance of dropping below 125. If you study the chart, you'll see that all breakaway gap opens are filled. That doesn't mean this time won't be different, but odds are in favor of it. If you use candlesticks, you'll know this "breakout" doesn't hold much promise. Anything can be wrong though. That's just my view of things. As for the split, you know it's 2:1. That's all you need to know. There are no conditions. Shareholder vote isn't a real condition if that's what you mean. If you're in just to trade the split, or if such information is important for some reason, you should have found that out before you got in, don't you think?
