No, not this time. I think both sides will work at it, and I suspect a partial settlement where licensing and pc interface control issues are agreed upon. I think there will be no settlement of the issue relating to msft's ability to enhance windows. That part will move forward and the hanging judge will rule against msft. Any higher court will reverse it. But that won't end it. Msft will be harassed by the government eternally or until they squander their lead.
