Weather All, from what I understand, is now a private company so the remaining publicly traded shell doesn't have any leftover products. As far as shells go this is a fairly clean one with little debt to speak of and only 5.3M shares out. By gathering up the shares and rolling it back, if this is indeed what is happening, it is a much quicker and cheaper avenue to take if you want your project to be trading publicly.
