Joe, When we finally do see the next press release it will be quite obvious why there was such a delay in announcing the financing Joe,, I appreciate your keeping us informed on a daily basis, but the problem is we keep hearing the same story. NEXT WEEK, THE END OF THE MONTH, SOON, the MERGER with ITEL the news letter out soon etc. I own shares of ITEL and have never received anything about the merger which leads me to believe that it is not even close. Give me one good reason why I and others should wait while DCTC keep going down. I'm sorry I had to post this but we do need better answers . Sincerely, Dorine
