Tony,

I see your point. I have a hard time figuring out amzn when the rest of the market clouds the view. Yesterday amzn dropped from 132 to 119. But nasdaq dropped 73 points. So was amzn acting merely as a high beta stock ? or did it have its own problems ?

Yes amzn did not hold 140, but the dow could not hold 10k. Both the rise and the fall of amzn was parallel to dow.

So my bet is that if we have a neutral or positive market, amzn will recover to 130 very fast. But I am playing with a small number of shares because my confidence is not very strong. With the frequent reversals in amzn, it is very easy to lose in both long and short.
