Until CYCH is turning out substantial profits or unless the so-called medium and large businesses are knocking down their doors, they will not thrive with mediocre service. As I said, I can get over the fact that they didn't respond -- I don't need them -- but I've made what for me is a fair-sized investment in CYCH and from an investing perspective, I am quite underwhelmed by their failure to respond to a customer's inquiry.
