from AUG 18th to AUG 31th 1998 the DOW fell from ~8700 to
~7500 or ~1200+ points, AOL went from 105 to 82 with a
range of 110 - 82, it recovered quickly thereafter.

I doubt that this downtrend would be even half as bad
if it plays out, the KOSOVO affair will only impact
the market if the ground forces engage, the market
lived thru BOSNIA with hardly any effect.

if we keep falling we will go to 115 - 110 and then
maybe (very unlikely) 100, I think AOL has a good
chance of bouncing off 110.
