Glenn, what do you mean sold for 15?? I'm not a lawyer either, don't really know how to read these, but it looks like they bought Euristics for 5 million shares @ 16.20/ share, instead of cash... is that what you're talking about or are you pulling my leg??

BTW, how did you get this document, do you have a subscription, or was I clicking the wrong button?

Under the terms of the agreement, FORE issued five million shares and stock
options in exchange for the outstanding shares and stock options of Euristix.
Based on FORE's closing price on February 24, 1999, the transaction has a value
of approximately $81 million.
