Nicholas- Thanks for posting the article. I wish TCI would clean up their act in the customer service area. It does have a negative impact on @Home. Maybe having city councils impose rules is a wake up call for TCI and other cable companies. For whatever reason, my brother-in-law can't stand TCI. I don't know what they ever did to him, but I am sure it is in the arena of customer relations. Whenever he has an outage of cable, he deducts that day off his monthly fee. TCI has never challenged him on this, and accepts whatever amount he mails them. I find that kind of humorous. I was out-of-town yesterday, but listened to the radio concerning the market. What a dip we had! How refreshing it was to see that @Home only ended up 2 pts. down. I'll take that after seeing AOL drop 9. Ed
