Hope you are right, but they need $100MM - and that's a LOT of money for THIS company. They don't even do voice - which is an important revenue generator. Whoever would be willing to put that kind of money into them would likely want a deal with substantial teeth. A floorless is a homerun swing on a full count, it either works or your out. Hirsch seems pretty confident and doesn't seem very interested in negotiating a sale. He may have Ebbers-itis.

Regarding Commco, according to yesterday's tape, the selling was done last week:

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--A group including Commco L.L.C. reduced its stake in Advanced Radio Telecom Corp. (ARTT) to 4.99%.

In a filing Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it sold 215,638 common shares between March 11 and March 15 at prices ranging from $8.25 to $8.60 a share, and currently holds 1.34 million shares of the Bellevue, Wash., provider of wireless broadband telecommunications services.
