I actually have not done much work on FSII. I am tangentially interested in FSII via its YieldUp acquisition, as I am an owner of CFMT ... which, by the way, shares a lot of the same struggles as FSII ... and any of the small, limited product, cap equipment companies.

With FSII, I am perplexed by their acquisition as much as anything. I think there definitely has to be a great deal more M&A activity in the small, semi cap space. Everyone knows it must happen. I have no special insights as to SMTL and FSII.

I would argue that you add LRCX to your AMAT, NVLS, KLAC list. Much more attractive from a valuation standpoint, IMHO. I am biased, however.
