The reason Serbians rescinded Kosovo's autonomy was because Kosovo police were failing to protect the minority serb population there from attack. The reason there is a Serbian minority there in the first place is because they were displaced during WWII by the Albanians who sided with Hitler. Clinton accuses the Serbs of rape and murder--he should talk. He's just bombing to draw attention away from all his scandals. A great excuse to start a war.
