"Chase is deciding which system will win, and it is theirs," not a third party's, Ms. Litan said. Not exactly, since when Chase signs a Con-Ed or BUG, the majority of the bills to be presented are not going to Chase customers....so, will Chase build links to all the other "presenters", or use a single link to CKFR which will handle the "not on-us" distribution the biller will need. Answer, they'll look for CKFR to handle that distribution, and the associated payments back to them that the distribution will produce.
