For lack of anything better to talk about, it seems that SI has a new boss. Also, there
will be some changes to SI pretty soon as Stocksite begins to integrate with SI. It would
be nice to get some free real-time quotes at the bottom of the page. It's pretty sad that
other sites offer free real-time and we're still paying for delayed.

SEATTLE, March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Go2Net, Inc. GNET , a network of branded,
technology- and community-driven Web sites, today announced the hiring of Bryan
Burdick as vice president and managing director of Silicon Investor (
siliconinvestor.com ), the Web's premier online financial discussion site.
Burdick joins Go2Net from Reuters America, where he was senior vice president of
marketing for its Reality Online Division.
Burdick will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of Silicon
Investor, the Web's only subscription-based financial discussion service. He will also
play a central role in the upcoming integration of Silicon Investor and StockSite (
stocksite.com ) into a comprehensive hub of financial services, research and
discussion for users of the Go2Net Network.

"Bryan has a specialized base of leadership and practical experience in the online

Prior to assuming his post as senior vice president of marketing for Reality Online,
Burdick was vice president of business development, where he launched and managed
Reuters Investor and Reuters Inc. Link, two Internet services focused on online
investing. And as vice president of consumer marketing for Reality Online, Burdick was
responsible for direct and channel marketing of its Reuters Money Network product, an
online investing service that grew to more than 60,000 active members under his
leadership. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of
Business.
