Off Topic Again:John
I am using two different MCAD charts. The first is a two line chart of a fast and slow MCAD:26day EMA minus the 12day EMA gives the fast line...the slow line is calculated by taking the 9day EMA of the fast line. The other chart measures the difference of the fast and slow in a histogram format.
The stochastic chart I am using plots two lines (fast and slow):The %K line; %K=100[(C-L5))/(H5-L5)], C=most recent close,L5=lowest 5 day trading price,H5=highest 5 day trading price; for the %D line..%D=100 X (H3/L3), where H3= the 3 period sum of (C-L5), L3=the 3 period sum (H5-L5).
