MM,
Things are very unpredictable now. I've had a hard time finding a single stock that looks healthy from a technical analysis perspective. It's as if the money is being sucked out of the market while the dow seems not to notice. Of course, the dow is the last to fall, but even the nasd has stayed up a long time while this has been going on. It's like the props are already knocked out and the market is hovering on thin air. A huge drop wouldn't surprise me, but that hasn't happened. Maybe thanks to the plunge patrol. But that can't last forever, can it? Market forces will eventually overwhelm their efforts then what? An even more terrifying plunge? 1/3rd off the top? Are their tumultuous times ahead?

Dear MM,

My, my what a tangled web this Ebeling fellow has woven -- probably will be caught in this sticky mess for good now. Haven't heard about Stamm. I am assuming he was just a crazy or a drunk. We all said this was a possibility early on, but I, like many others ignored the warnings, and we all paid dearly.

Anyway, I have now found what seems to be an honest Joe running a TINY company that has potential to be BIG company -- IFOS. Check it out and let me know what you think. It is certainly irritating to see so much money being thrown into the Internet stocks with abandon -- I can't complain too much, but if it were not for an old man's nerves and pain medication, I could have become as big as my alter-ego. Oh well, I would hate to write a seven figure check in one year to the IRS.

Best to all comrades.

I remain,

SOROS
