THIS IS FROM GNET MANAGEMENT!!I asked if
the deal would go threw at the current stock price
of GNET!The deal is not contingent upon the
price of the stock in the open
market. Vulcan could abandon their decision to
purchase on the open
market, but they will still have the preferred
shares and the shares
that management sold them.

**JAZZ** On switching to a different broker

I've been with Schwab for 5 years now and can say that I am very very pleased with the level of service. They are keeping up with demand in terms of number of services, site improvements and execution quite nicely indeed. They may not have the lowest rates for trades, but their complete service package is hard to beat.

As for switching, here's what I did before and it worked quite well. I opened an account with another broker and over a period of a few weeks transferred money to the new account by virtue of writing checks to it which were drawn from the previous broker's account. It kinda cramped my trading style on a couple of occasions but it did not prevent me from trading when I had to.

Regards,

Dany

Call the broker you want to switch to, they tend to help especially well in these cases...one need not sell their holdings to switch brokers. May I also suggest Schwab...it's a bit more than some, but you get what you pay for.

The only way to change accounts is that as you sell your position
you get the cash back and use the cash to trade innew
account
only way to fly....
