Have you heard about the new cruise missle
that has been proposed by the President? It
is called the PC-2000, codenamed "The Monica".
It is guaranteed to only explode during popular
opinion polls of the latest "military" action
of Bill Clinton. Furthermore, the Pentagon
certifies the missle will;

1) Only destroy politically incorrect enemies
of the President.

2) Be fuel efficient.

3) Not harm the ozone layer.

4) Be dolphin safe.
