Its understandable that EMC wants to lessen its dependence on SEG (aren't they 100%?) what % will this bring it to?
I understand that quality was one of the Dell motivators (wasn't WDC still a significant supplier?) One would think that SEG using flex-on would not have the quality of QNTM (where TSA is integral to their program which they claim has made major quality improvements) or IBM. Can anyone address this issue? -Z
