I was ready to jump aboard the WINR train both as an investor and a player until I read:

WINR at moments notice can forbid play from any illegal jurisdiction
and will work with all governments in this regard. Currently WINR
will not accept play from the states of Florida, Minnesota,
Missouri, Wisconsin and the countries of Austria and Japan.
This list is may not be all inclusive.

Now I'm bummed. I'm from BuckyBadger land.

Hmmm...interesting. I guess there are 45 states that allow casino gambling and 5 that don't.

With Skinner family having worked for the IRS, you can bet that those controls locking out the 5 states would work. Thanks for the info.
