Bull, You are right. Wall Street is already in. They have been accumulating these many months while shouting the "Sky is Falling". They are now beginning their sales pitch to Mom and Pop, again. It is not just the price of crude. It is sector rotation and the cycle - STUPID..>grin< K

I agree. At the height of the OSX boom in '97, Bob Rose, then DO's CEO, exclaimed "This is just the beginning." At the same time, DO's directors were dumping their holdings in DO. Watch what they do, not what they say.
