that is so true blue I have no problem stopping future hitlers before they get started but we should do it for all nations equally and not just the ones we feel we profit from the most . Its We the people not We the corparate states of america. But we must surely pray for all the men over their and give them our full support no matter what happens .we should never not support our boys who only follow the orders of stupid government officials and we cannot blame 1 idiot when we all know their are so many others involved in what decisions are made and that is the sad part knowing that 100's and even more support this. You would think out of all those educated people one of them would use their brain. well enuff said. ill see ya later

ps market will get hammered and doww 9000 is next?

Pals, been in an emotional sensitive mood for the past few days, and Blue you got me praying with tears in my eyes here. We got a Commander in Chief that knows nothing personally about decisions of war he makes, so all we can do is pray in hopes these decisions aren't made for the reason of business coming before the lives of people. And hope that if profiteers are fanning the flames their villanious doings turn their blood money to ashes. If the market pops up today like it did those times we bombed Iran I will really be really disgusted Again just like then. Let's not ever forget the issues that divided a country, families, and generations 30 years ago. Today, no one says anything. To never forget those who didn't run and somehow came through those hells on earths in one or almost one piece; as we never forget those who didn't make it, is a thought to remember in a prayer. Bomb = Death; and the ones who make that decision sit in a leather chair, ringing a buzzer for someone to bring in anything they want, comfortable as we are where we sit and we're all alot more comfortable than the folks in the target zone and the troops following orders right now. Are we right or wrong here in the higher goal of nipping further carnage in the bud, only time and history will tell - everytime the motto is "hope we're right and that this leads to an end to it and the end to war" but so far one issue is settled, peace for awhile, and then another conflict elsewhere breaks out. By US and UN, etc. getting into it; the question is will it be stopped or accellerated?! This is a new thing, so no one knows.
I think who are trying their best to make the right decision must be fully aware of human costs involved as it costs themselves to be making that awful decision. And God Bless The Troops Who Defend Us, because that's what it comes down to, this time and always.
The few, the Dictators, religious wacks, radicals, loonies, and profiteers with little or no conscience of the suffering they cause,
well God doesn't bless them and they don't work for Him anyway.
None of this underbelly of being human and putting lives on the line over an issue is ever really right in a larger sense no matter what. But it's always gone on with us as with most of the creatures on this earth. Will we USA citizens remain safe in our homeland as we more entangle in this kind of karma building up is the core issue in my mind as head of my family. When this happens I get scared. Especially living in NY suburbs; I mean, talk about a Target!
HOW will this ever stop? Not When, HOW?!
Because until it stops, not a one of us can claim rank as a higher form of life.
Joan

Hi Pals, bought more shares of HITS - BRAND NEW TRADING ISSUE TODAY - (HitsGalore.com Inc., hitsgalore.com , it's a business e-commerce software and megasite) - I got 1 for 7 HITS from the SCMI Reverse merger/spinoff last week but it was SCMID til Monday, changed back to SCMI yesterday, and now today HITS Is New on the small board ....got more for 3.50 a share, it went up about a dollar overnite and it should be (I know you never can really tell with these things but) a small float. Nice site, Co. was privately held and viable before Systems Communications took it over, You might want to take a Looky.
Woke Up Today (Thanks Blue), drew beads, popped some lemons, trimmed or ca-chinged some Show Me The Moneys, spring cleaning - so now got some profits put aside; put some lemonade in the freezer for Y2K, and some more powder to still increase basis. Just not putting all of it back in from now on is my plan to For Sure isolate property money by August. A New Rule: Keeping some in "For Sure" is the only way to really be sure! The Time of Being Nervous Is Past when it's not a new start-up any more; running my techride folio like a business feels comfortable! Just like the best thing about my dayjob is opportunity to learn what the cyclic clerical duties and financial philosophies of rich folks are, and doing things that way from the git-go has been lucky. Slow and steady wins the race, a-yup, a-yup.
Also bought more DELL, more CPQ, and some of that TYPE II, happy with it in the middle of 9 and 10, and with whatever it wants to do. It's a good product. There are shareholders suits out there on some good companies like exercises law professors are preparing for their classes BTW... look at CPQ and read between the lines just for instance (not saying that's what it is, but just painting a picture of the seeming serious nature of the charges).
Best wishes to my pals,
Joan

Nice post Blue. I too come from a place of experience in the military. When I see things like the current situation, it brings up questions as to the value of my 15+ years in the submarine service. Not to say I ever saw the "enemy" face-to-face, but I definitely had a hand in the war that was never a war (cold war). And that in itself was enough for me to understand (at least on some level) the massive responsibility that those that have the life-or-death power of decision as it relates to others must face. But when the "Commander-in-Chief" has no background or experiences to call on, well, that just sucks. I'm not saying that I expect that the president must be a war veteran, but I do believe that it is essential that he not be anti-military...which appears to be the current situation. Lies, innuendo, half-truths, and multiple failed foreign policies...it's sickening. Remember the consternation G. Bush got in '92 when he spoke of ethical values?
I'll pray for the young men and women over there. And I'll pray that wisdom is granted to their leaders. In addition, my congressmen will know (and should by now) that I don't appreciate this haphazard foreign policy of our so-called "leader".
