I hope you know I was just kidding. I know so little about DOS -- I learned just enough to be comfortable using FDISK and FORMAT and get out of a jam if need be. DOS seems almost like a programming language the way you can make the computer do certain things. Definitely intriguing. Used to be high on my list of want-to-learns but got pushed back by a lot of mundane stuff. I like the idea of seeing the stages that computing has gone through -- I think it's a good way of learning. Helps you relate to the old(er) folks (I should talk...)<g> wily
