No, my thought is that CYOE could not find anyone willing to finance the $7.2MM for an up front payment and therefore must settle for getting paid in installments. In this case, the price had to increase by $1.4MM to take into account the financing cost. I was calling that extra amount a finance charge to be earned by CYOE over a 3 year (or more period). PrinVest's financing income will be something different.

I know this sounds weird and complex, but I couldn't think of any other way this thing could have been put together given the info out there. It all sounds very desperate.
